These terms cover your use of this website. Taking a service from us — telecoms, connectivity, energy or anything else — is governed by the contract for that service, which is separate from this page.

Who we are

Phonate Telecom is a UK technology and telecommunications company, established in 1998.

To be confirmed. The registered legal entity name, company registration number, registered office address and VAT number need to be supplied and inserted here before this page is published.

Using this website

You may use this site to read about our services, request a quote, ask us to check coverage at an address, and where available, order online.

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or any connected system, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited or malicious content.

Quotes and pricing

A quote we give you is an offer to supply on the terms set out in it. It is not a contract until it is accepted and confirmed in writing.

Prices and availability depend on what can actually be delivered at your address and on supplier pricing at the time, both of which can change. Where a price shown on this site differs from a quote issued to you, the quote is the one that applies.

Website availability

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Accuracy of information

We take care over what we publish here, but the content of this site is general information rather than advice you should rely on for a specific decision. Speak to us about your particular circumstances before committing to anything.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site belong to Phonate Telecom or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish, sell or redistribute them without permission.

Our liability

To be confirmed. The liability clause — including any caps, exclusions, and the statutory rights that cannot be excluded — must be drafted or approved by a qualified adviser. Nothing has been drafted here, deliberately.

Cancellation and termination

To be confirmed. Cancellation rights, cooling-off periods for online orders, notice periods and any early-termination charges need to come from the service contracts. They differ by product.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will try to resolve it.

To be confirmed. The formal complaints procedure, response timescales, and details of the Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme Phonate belongs to, need supplying. Communications providers are generally required to belong to one.

Governing law

To be confirmed. The governing law and the courts with jurisdiction need confirming by a qualified adviser rather than assumed.
